1Services

We provide custom software development, AI solutions, SaaS platforms, ERP systems, web and mobile applications, automation and technical consulting. Each service and its price are shown on the website or in your quotation. These are intangible digital services; no physical goods are shipped.

2Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or represent an entity with legal capacity to contract.
• Information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

3Pricing and Payment

• We do not sell products through the website. Our services are provided on the basis of a quotation or invoice sent to you stating the service and fee.
• Payment is made through a secure payment link we send you, or through the payment page on the website, via the PayTabs gateway; we do not store your card data.
• Prices may be subject to VAT or other applicable taxes, which are stated clearly in the quotation or invoice.
• We may refuse or cancel an order where fraud, a pricing error or incorrect data is suspected.

4Services and Development Projects

Services and development projects are governed by a written quotation or contract setting out scope, milestones, timeline and fees. If these Terms conflict with a signed contract, the signed contract prevails.

5Intellectual Property

• All rights in the website, the Manasety brand, and our source code and tools belong to the company.
• Ownership of custom project deliverables passes as stated in the contract or quotation, upon full payment.
• You retain ownership of the content and data you provide, and grant us a licence to use it as needed to deliver the service.

6Acceptable Use

You may not use the services for unlawful purposes, to infringe others’ rights, to distribute malware, to attempt to breach or disrupt systems, to resell the services without written permission, or to collect others’ data unlawfully. We may suspend the service upon violation.

7Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable care to provide stable services but do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the service concerned in the preceding twelve months. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8Third-Party Services and Links

Our services may rely on third-party tools and platforms (such as hosting, payment gateways, AI APIs and WhatsApp). These are governed by their owners’ terms, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

9Termination

You may stop using the services at any time in accordance with the cancellation policy. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or non-payment; obligations accrued before termination remain in force.

10Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the competent Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, after an attempt at amicable resolution.

11Changes

We may amend these Terms by posting the updated version on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
