1Scope

• Applies to services agreed by quotation, invoice or contract (software development, AI solutions, automation, technical consulting).
• Payment is made through a secure payment link or the payment page on the website.
• All services are digital and no physical goods are shipped, so there are no physical returns.

2Cancellation and Refund Before Work Starts

If you cancel within 7 days of payment and we have not started work, you will be refunded in full. If we have started, you will be refunded what you paid less the value of work actually completed and any costs we have incurred.

3Services in Progress

• The payment and refund terms in your quotation or signed contract govern.
• Milestones that were delivered and accepted are non-refundable; amounts paid for milestones not yet started are refunded.
• For milestones in progress, fees are due for work actually completed up to the cancellation date.
• If we cannot deliver the service as agreed and do not remedy this within 14 days of your notice, you are entitled to a refund for the undelivered portion.

4Non-Refundable Cases

• Work delivered and accepted, or delivered without written objection within the period stated in the contract.
• Third-party costs actually paid on your behalf (domains, hosting, API subscriptions, app-store fees).
• Damage resulting from misuse or breach of the Terms and Conditions.
• Change of mind after actual use of the service, or after the refund request period has expired.

5How to Request a Refund

Send your request by email or WhatsApp using the details at the end of this page, stating your name, order or invoice number and the reason. We review and respond within 3 business days.

6Refund Timing and Method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used, within a maximum of 14 business days from approval. The time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your card-issuing bank.

7Payment Disputes

Please contact us first to resolve any payment issue before filing a dispute with your bank; we can usually resolve it faster.
