What's the difference between Manasety and the ready-made programs on the market?
Ready-made programs often force your school to change how it works to fit the program, or offer fragmented solutions that need repeated data entry. Manasety was designed as one integrated core that brings together student affairs, exams, finance and payroll, with a development team that studies customizing any feature to suit your school.
Does the platform appear under our school's name and logo, or under Manasety's?
The platform appears under your school's name: its own link, and every screen carries your school's logo and official colors, from the login screen to certificates and invoices.
Are smartphone apps available for parents and teachers?
Mobile apps for parents, teachers and students are coming soon.
Subscription and pricing
How is pricing calculated for our school?
We use flexible pricing based on the plan and modules your school actually needs, so you don't pay for services you don't use. A tailored quote is provided after the demo and a review of your requirements.
Artificial intelligence
Is using the AI features mandatory, and how do we control the cost?
AI is off by default and is a fully optional module. If you choose to turn it on, management sets a monthly usage cap with an alert at 90%, and no suggestion is adopted without the teacher's approval.
Technology
How do you keep our school's student and financial data secure and isolated?
Each educational institution's data is isolated from the others, with backup and selective restore, a recycle bin, and an activity log that records every change with its before and after values.
We have student and teacher files in Excel. Can they be imported easily?
Yes. Student lists are imported from Excel files, and our team stays with you while the data is prepared and moved.

Can custom features or special reports that aren't available today be built?
Yes. We are the company that develops the platform and we have a team specialized in custom software, so we study any special requirement or report that isn't available today and whether it can be built for your school.
Can the system scale in the future?
Certainly. We plan for growth, so users, features and reports can be added without breaking the system.
Can the system connect to other systems?
Yes, depending on your needs: email, notifications, integration APIs, internal systems, and so on.
